Pick Up Instructions
Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
The branch is located 26 miles from the airport
The branch is located 20 miles from the city.
A taxi fare is approximately $85 - $95 from the city.
A taxi fare is approximately $70 - $90 from the airport.
A transfer is available for $25 per person / per direction. This must be arranged in advance.
Transfer is only available from airport area hotels (see list below). There is a transfer back to the airport from the depot when you drop off your vehicle.
In order to reduce your waiting time when collecting your vehicle, you can check-in online any time in advance. A link will be provided in your confirmation.
Please check in online at least 7 days before pickup.
Your vehicle must be collected from the depot so you can be briefed on how to use it and complete necessary documentation. The whole process takes approximately 60-120 minutes.
Transfer hours are between 10:00am and 2:00pm
No transfers are provided for same day flight arrivals.
Please call the depot no later than 9:30 am on pick up day to schedule a pick up time. Please don't arrive at the depot unannounced.

Transfer Shuttle Service:
The supplier charges a modest per person fee for the shuttle transfer service from and to designated airport and downtown area hotels (as listed below).
- Clients are requested to continue indicating at the time of booking how many persons will be traveling.
- The supplier’s transfer is optional. Where ever possible alternative transfer options have been provided. As this information is subject to change, the supplier and/or their offices are not responsible for its accuracy.

Standard Transfer: Pick Up
Standard Vehicle Pick-up Time is after 1 pm (13:00 hours) based on vehicle readiness and staffing.
Please Note: Delays may occur during peak season, certain holiday or heightened security periods. No refunds are given for transfer delays.

Priority AM Departure (PAD) Program:
$125 Surcharge; Priority AM Departure (PAD) Vehicle Pick-up Time is by 11 am.
- PAD locations / Hotels:
        o PAD shuttle transfer is restricted solely to those hotels designated as PAD hotels.
-  Notification:
        o Clients are required to complete the online check in no less than 7 days prior to vehicle takeover.
        o There are no refunds for PAD surcharge if supplier does not receive PAD hotel information 7 days prior to pick up. No exceptions.
        o In the event client fails to notify the supplier less than 7 days prior to takeover a courtesy transfer may not be provided in which case clients must provide their own transfer at their own expense.
- Transfer time:
        o PAD Shuttle generally arrives between 7:15 am - 8:00. PAD transfer may begin as early as 6:45 am.
        o Shuttle Transfer fee (STF) of $25 per person / per direction is also due for PAD transfer shuttle

Self Transfer:
- Takeover time:
        o After 1:00 pm, even if clients arrive earlier; subject to vehicle readiness.
        o Clients may book PAD in advance which will guarantee them a departure ready vehicle no later than 11:00, even if they arrive via self-transfer.

Important information about Same Day Flight Arrival
Clients may only collect the motorhome on the same day that their flight arrives if ..
1. They call the rental office after arrival to arrange a vehicle collection time.
2. Clients provide their own transportation to the depot at their own expense. The supplier does not offer a transfer service for same day flight arrival.
3. They arrive at the supplier's depot no less than 1 hour before depot’s official closing time.
4. Clients are encouraged to complete the online check in no less than 7 days prior to vehicle take over.

Please remember to take potential flight delays, customs, baggage claim and traffic into account before deciding to collect the motorhome on the same day that the flight arrives. Whether the flight is domestic or international, the rules regarding Same Day Flight Arrival are the same.

PAD Program & same day flight arrival:
1) Clients provide their own transportation at their own expense. The supplier does not offer transfer service for same day flight arrival.
2) Clients cannot participate in Priority AM Departure Program on the same day that their flight arrives unless they can get to the rental office by 10 am local time.

There are no alternative hotels for transfer shuttle service. However, the clients do not have to stay at a designated transfer hotel, they just need to meet the shuttle there.

Late vehicle return can result in additional fees

Vehicle Return:
• Return time is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Customers returning late may be charged a $50.00 or more per hour late fee.
• There is no refund for any reason if customer terminates rental before scheduled return date.
• Motorhome cannot be dropped off later than 1 hour before or anytime outside of location’s official hours of operation.
• All late returns or extensions must be authorized at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of return and any additional charges will be immediately applied to the customer’s credit card on file.
• Clients with an early flight must make prior arrangements with rental station for possible earlier transfer to airport. Clients may have to return by 11:00 am a day early to obtain courtesy shuttle, or arrange other means of transportation. No refunds for early return.

Standard Transfer: Return
• Only one return shuttle may be offered so clients should plan accordingly.
• If clients are under time constraints due to departure flight time, then they should not rely on the Courtesy Shuttle as we cannot guarantee exact departure times from the rental office, nor can we be held in any way liable for delays or missed flights/connections. The clients will need to provide their own transportation at their own expense.
